Played in the am—am at Breadsall priory today in an open comp, none of us really got going. 4 putt on the first never helps. Came in with 70 points. Some tough holes out there, playing 3 woods/ long irons into the greens is never easy into a wind
There is nothing more annoying than wearing glasses whilst it’s raining and trying to play golf. Contact lenses isn’t an option.
What do people find best to keep the rain off your glasses to a minimum??
I’m pretty much the same. Like a brand new ball for the comps, I still use the same make of ball (pro v1) for my other rounds but these are normally ones I’ve found or ones I’ve got in very good condition
I guess some people like the taste of it still and don’t want the calories of normal beer, or they don’t want the feeling of being drunk and the hangover the next day.
I’d say each to their own with it. If people want to pay for 0% beer them go ahead and do it. As long as they are enjoying...
