Would Yang get past the starter and onto the course dressed as he is today at the Ballantines Championship at your club?
Certain he would't at ours.

Looks like he's wearing a tracksuit with shorts over the tracksuit bottoms!!

Update..... It would appear now that they were his waterproofs ......but certainly not standard issue!!
