Woohoo!!!!

Played a friendly knock up with my mate yesterday.

Chose Stableford format off full handicap.

I've recently had a cut to 24, my mate plays off 13. We agreed on a small (very small, we're Yorkshiremen!!!) £1 for the front 9, £1 for the back and £1 for the round.
To cut a long story short I scooped all the pennys with 39 points and a solid round of 92 gross.

My driving got better as the round progressed. Again my putting could have been better.

Broke 100 not long since, 2nd 92 round. Well pleased. Just need a few more better shots and a sub 90 round looking a distinct possibility.

Sorry guys, just chuffed to bits mixing it with the better lads!

Well done and good shooting! Much more of that and your mate will take shots off you!! I had my best round playing with a couple of really low men (5 or so), of 6 over gross a while ago, and it really makes a difference.
