I love it there, the Hotchkin is definitely the star, but the Bracken rates well with many good courses I have played and has one or two holes that give everyone a hard time 
I think if it got the same level of attention in all departments as the Hotchkin clearly does, it would be a real cracker , poss better than Hotchkin in some ways, at least thats the potential I see.
