I have avaliable 5 spaces for a weekend of golf at Woodall Spa.

Teeing of on Sat 13th April, (not sure which course), we then head to Woodall Spa Hotel where we check in and get an evening meal. After a few beers and a good nights sleep breakfast is served before heading back to the golf course for a further 18 holes.

£140 all in.

If you are interested please contact me either on this post or by PM.

I was under the impression the Woodhall Spa Hotel went into administration and closed down last july.

Although it was in administration, which doesn't mean a business has to close, it suffered a huge flash flood in July and was closed mainly for that reason by environmental agencies.

They were looking for a buyer and I've heard nothing since but with it being in admin and then a huge claim then in process due to the flood, I think it was quite a complicated situation.

Not sure if it got all renovated and reopened with new owners though!

I can confirm what you need to know.

It has been purchased off the administrators and I know the chaps who purchased the Woodhall Spa as my mum has been tasked at project managing the renovation. It's currently shut for a huge refurbishment (mostly due to the aforementioned floods. The plumbing has had to be be completely ripped out and started again) and won't be open until the end of May unfortunately.

There are plenty of other accommodation options in the village, PM me if you want any help, more than happy to do so.

Fortunately the weekend has been booked via the Golf Course, so the weekend is still happening, the organizing committee is now going to contact Woodall Spa with regards the hotel details.

You'll probably end up at the Dower House then unless they're (owned by the same people). Not a bad thing by any means, you'll have a top weekend, and will be even closer to the golf course and be looked after by some great people (I am biased, as one of them is my dad, but his staff are top notch) if this is the case.
