Won on Count Back.....How does that work ?

If two cards tie on a score, the countback means that the last nine holes of the players rounds are compared, so , if player a had 18 points and player b had 19 points then player b would be declared the winner (also the same for stroke play) if both players had 18 points then the final 6 holes are compared , if its still a tie then the final 3 holes and so on until a winner is found.
