Does anyone else change to a different set of clubs for the winter?

I switch to a set of MP32 blades, my old F50 3 wood, same driver and remove gap wedge and 6 iron. add HiFli 2 iron and a crappy cut down cobra putter instead of the scotty.

I also tend to switch to carrying my clubs in winter too.

I can understand adding the 2 iron so it gives more options off the tee etc, but what's the reasoning behind changing irons and putter?

Its because he's so rich, hardly ever works and pays about £13 a year subs to be a member of every golf club north of Sneckie!

Don't want to scuff up my scotty with bag clatter, Harder to hit blades will improve my ball striking as last year, it worked.

But your not bitter though are you? ;)

Firstly Crawford, I’m not a member of every golf club north of Inversneck. Don’t need to as the club I am a member of has a reciprocal deal with every club north of Inversneck so can play them all for a tenner in summer or a fiver in winter. :D

Secondly what do you define as rich?
:D

I define rich as someone who never works and is always golfing, I put that definition into Google and it came back with patricks148!

Cant argue with Google Patrick, that's the oracle!

I might change to a slightly heavier putter once the greens get really wet and slow but other than that its the same. I do sometimes drop the 3 wood for an extra wedge in Summer but the 60 degree costs me more shots than it saves in the wet so its out now until next year

I take out the lob wedge and add a 3 hybrid (no 3 iron) and change my Odyssey (with insert) for Ping Piper (no insert) as the ball comes off the face faster and gets going better on slow bumpy greens.
