Just got a new laptop today after the old one kept dying on me. As there is no email client on Windows 7, I am looking to install something but not quite sure which.
What are you guys using and is it any good? I have Thunderbird on the childs netbook but am not really sure about it.
What shall it be? Over to you!!

t.b.h. most of the free ones are pretty disappointing.
I use a web-based email and rarely wish I could do it the proper way.
I guess the Mozilla one is probably the one I'd try.

You basically have a number of options
1 Windows Live mail (free)
2 Mozilla Thunderbird (Free)
3 Outlook (Part of Microsoft Office - pricey but has calendars and contacts which you can sync with your Iphone)
4 Another free email program like Opera or Pegasus (Avoid Incredimail at all costs.
5 Webmail, where you use the internet to view your email rather than a dedicated email program.

I use Outlook, Most people will use Windows live or thunderbird

Enjoy

Cannot get my head around Thunderbird, don't know why? I've installed it a couple of times and never had it work properly for me.
