Wilson-Staff...no customer service?

Well I posted a request a few weeks ago about a replacement headcover for my WS Fybrid 21 Degree 3 Iron replacement.
I was asking if anyone knew where I could buy one from. (I want all my headcovers to match)
Well I sent an email off to wilson-staff asking if I could buy one direct from them (OK to be honest I was hoping they might just send me one)
Waited a couple of weeks...no response.
So being actually quite happy to buy a replacement, I asked at my local golf shops but not of them had the actual version, although Direct-golf did give me an old fybrid cover for a 3 wood that would do in the interim.
So I sent another email off to Wilson-Staff asking if they had a list of suppliers that could sell me one as I was coming up empty online.
Waited a couple of weeks...still no response, not even an aknowledgement of the email (I sent it to both email addresses you can us for amersports UK)
So I did the next best thing because surely this is a frequent problem...people wanting replacement branded headcovers, and I scoured their site...nope nothing, no mention.
So my question is this, is it just Wilson-staff that is useless, or is it difficult to get replacement headcovers off other companies as well?
 
Email them again and tell them if you will write a letter for the letters page in GM telling about their shoddy customer care service.

AND, phone them. Sometimes companies simply never respond to emails ('cause they get so many time-wasters).
