I still cannot beleive I have gone down the Wilson Staff route. Must be mates with thecraw toolong - this is the kind of bafoonry he is well known for.

Popular at my club with all the young guys, low handicappers ,they get fitted in Irvine for them,one of my mates bought a set and reckons there better than his Mizzies.

they look nice in magazine but are they bigger than the ones they replace, by all accounts the wilson fitting at irvine is a good experiance.

when i went for my mizzy mx200 i tried the i think di7. distance feel flight exact same. but i wanted the mizzys my first proper golf clubs. but when i ever get another set wilson will be a contender, plus the wilson fitting place is only 7 miles away:thup:

I've got the Wilson FG69's and they are an awesome set of clubs. Not a brand I would normally have considered but when I saw them and the price they were offered at I couldnt pass them up. Enjoy your new purchase, I'm sure you wont be dissapointed.

Another disciple who's seen the light!
Wilson Staff are a great brand. Their irons are excellent. I also use their balls and gloves which are both very good and excellent value.

As you all probably know by now I like the look of these Mizuno MP63's. I have to admit I am warming to these Wilson FG 62's now. I will keep you up to date.

My advice is go and hit them. I honestly cannot beleive i have them in the bag, Im GM #1 club junkie ho.

That is an understatement and a half. Every round of the Volvo matchplay last year, JJF stood on the first tee with a different set of irons in the bag!!!
That is 100% the truth, not made up or even exaggerated!!!

Well worth a try in my opinion. I have the original FG Tour irons.
got them at last year AG fitting through GM
