Why didnt i think of looking there ?

Was looking on our dealer net site yesterday for a form we need to fill in and submit before we replace a radio under warranty, the web site has been changed & i havent looked this up in id say 2 years so i could not find it , even with the search option. so i said id send an email to the guys i have to submit it to , to get advice .. went like this
