WHS how long can a counting score count?

Ive got this exact thing happening to me, my 20th score not counting or effecting my handicap despite it being the 3rd best differential. It affects my playing handicap too!

A mate of mine has a counting round from 1st Sept 2018. It's the 20th round on his list. So there's no 3 year cut off.

I think the 3 years was purely for the creation of new HI's under WHS.

EG collected CDH data going back to 1 Jan 2018 and based the HI/Differential calculations on that for the new WHS Index.

That's exactly the scenario I posted, but it's the 2nd best score! Is the score next to it "the same date?"

I got an email from WG telling me the score in question is not in my top 20. I referred them to the screen shot showing it above the line. Ah, they said and will get back to me.
