WHS 2 clubs one abroad

We have a member who spends half of the year in France and half of the year.

Currently when in France he uses his handicap for his French Club and in England his handicap for our club.

Will the two records get amalgamated automatically and produce just one handicap.
 
Yes. But perhaps not immediately. I understand it will be a while before the various national databases are fully integrated.

However, in the meantime I suggest you keep both clubs in step by returning scores and course details to both clubs.

I did a bit of digging around around and found that once the system is up and running he has to nominate a home club which will answer the question in the long run.

Yes, as now but the problem in the short term is that the data transfer between countries will not be available from Nov 2nd.
