Commentator/analyst/pundit on T.V.?

I have just finished enduring my worst, the worst by a country mile....JOHN BLOODY HAWKSWORTH!!!!

He is just so bloody bad.

So bloody negative with that whingey, moaning voice of his.

Today, amongst other drivel he spouted,he did nothing but tear Gonzo's putting to bits claiming he was simply 'clutching at straws' with his grip!!

Better was to come with him saying that GMac had a good week and he was working with Pete Cowan who after GMacs poor display at Valderamma sat him down and gave him some really harsh words........"I don't really know what he has said to him but it seems to have worked" he proclaimed............so you are saying he had words with him but really you have just made that up John??!

Come on Sky,get rid of this fud...there has to be better out there cos there certainly isn't any worse!!

Agree, in golf definately John Hawksworth, also I cant warm to Nigel Holmes. In footy, I just can't stick Alan Hansen and Alan Shearer

Murray Walker was the best in his field for so many years but towards the end of his commentating days he got more drivers mixed up that I care to remember (partly due to the cars only having minor differentiations between team drivers.) I wasnt so much annoyed by it but he did need to retire.

John Hawksworth must be up there too, speaking from his massive experience of no professional wins.

Mark Roe, most critical obnoxious man I can think of in any sporting field.

You'd think he was a world number one for years and multiple major winner the way he goes on!

Peter Allis

I find him amusing and annoying and the same time.

Typically in the brisish open i find him interupting the golf too much with talk about utter rubbish.

He loves to reminisce about things that are totally unrelated to golf, for example i can remember him reminiscing for about 5 minutes about Margerie's cake shop and her beuitiful cakes, whoever Margerie is?
In the meantine i was missing quality golf

And you know as soon as he sees anybody younger than 5 swing a golf club, he going to start on about they will be the next tiger woods, what a beautiful swing they have, and it goes on...

He's a lovely guy i just wish he wouldn't go off on these wild tangents

I generally dont like the Sky PGA coverage, one shot then adverts, I know they take their feeds from US TV but it is very tedious, therefore they need good link men, they do not possess these.

I like Peter Alliss and his ramblings, just like the cricket on the radio with Blowers.

He is rank rotten at commentating but he is not alone on sky's coverage of the golf, worst has to be that wee fud Jonathan Pearce on the beeb.

Can't stand Bruce Critchley these days.
V pleased that Steve Rider doesn't front the golf these days.
+ the footy commentator on ITV
