Who's going down from the most over rated league in the world?

Championship with ease, would survive with ease in the EPL and through time with the stupid cash would be top 4.

Many will not agree but many do not realise just how big both clubs in Glasgow are.Sadly the questions posed will never need answered.

Personally I think it would be great to have teams from Scotland playing in with their English cousins but I do not see it happening although it is happening in Russia/Ukraine soon I believe.

Hell,Hearts v Shef Utd would surely be a better draw than Hearts v Ross County or Shef Utd v Hartlepool but it's wishful thinking.

I agree
I think Celtic and Rangers would be great for the PL.
That probably wouldnt help the SPL.
Both clubs have a fantastic following, and with all the money in the Pl at the moment,it would be
good to see.
I dont think it would be long before a mega rich owner would come along and invest.
Then they would be a force all over Europe, imo

whoever goes down from the top league in the world would win the scottish leagues year in year out,if the game was more viable north of the border more top world class players would go there instead of either old has beens or the ones who could never make it in a better league, and don't forget the transfer money for scottish players to southern teams this is a life blood for clubs as the revenues are a third of those in the premier league.

What is it that the people on here who keep telling us how far superior the English league is compared to the Scottish dont understand that WE KNOW

Its this constant "best league in the world" nonsense that most Scottish football supporters dont agree with......you have all been brainwashed by the Sky presenters whose job it is to sell the league and help line their own pockets.

It may well be one of, if not the most exciting league in the world but that is more down to the fact that every team in the league has a poor defence and a real lack of quality defenders as well as defensive midfielders.

Stop confusing exciting matches with quality football

If you really genuinely believe the English Premiership is the "best league in the world" can I ask you to list the top 16 players in the world and what leagues they play in?

I dont think you will find many in the EPL

When is the last time anyone on here watched Bundesliga?

If you had watched any Bundes;iga in the last year you wouldn't be saying the EPL is the best league in the world.

The seasoned debate about the SPL is becoming boring as 99% of the honest Scottish football fan will tell you our product is poor, the money is poor, the product is overpriced and we get pee'd all over by the idiots in charge who insist in playing football through the winter months when the weather is absolutely honking.

Scottish Football needs a huge make over. Lower the gate prices get rid of diddy sides like Forfar, Arbroath, Brechin and Montose and put them out of business, or into a junior set up with promotion to the main league or tell them to amalgamate. All within an hour of Dundee as well. (just an example) These teams just drain money out of the game. Also move to summer football when conditions are better.

Newcastle have a fantastic following, but they are hardly setting the world alight!!!

Personally i've got fed up watching the EPL i prefer to watch the Spanish La Liga or the Bundesliga, the EPL is one huge rip of with over inflated ticket prices and hype.

My nephew went to see Bayern vs Dortmund and it cost 22 euro for a ticket ,tell me where in the EPL you would get a ticket for that price in such a big game ,no place is the answer. Every team plays to a full house because its affordable, plus the football is better, the Spanish football is better to watch no every second touch is a tackle.

Yes Scottish football is poor i know that i go and watch it,the problem in Dundee is there's 2 teams 200 yards apart not financially viable with crowds of between 6-8000 for home games but it will never change to much history and tradition ,i much as it pains me 20 years ago Dundee Utd nearly got the European Cup Final and were beaten Uefa cup finalists but as a country we didnt build on it so we've stagnated and paid the price.
