Based solely on todays round and in no particular order:

Hitting iron for safety and missing the fairway
Three putting from 10 ft
Ripping a driver then hitting the 2nd into the lake
Missing a green with a wedge (whether it be PW, SW or LW, I managed them all today)
Trying to lay up to 100 yards and leaving 68 to a short side pin
Losing a hole to a bogey (again and again)

The failed easy bump and runs or nice easy 8i into a green after a cracking drive.

I need to stop getting wound up after a crap shot, I might buy the NGT book that Homer cracks on about, if it helps him then chances are it'll help me :D

The shank - I know how to prevent it happening - except for the times I don't

Probably this one - which also qualifies for "Following up a great drive with a rubbish 2nd shot. Such a waste!"

Had a few this year while working through some change and all have seemed to be at a time when striking well, in good positions, and each have impacted my momentum badly. Partly I guess as it sows doubt and next similar shot probably ends up with a pull-hook left.

Last one was in singles knockout, 2 up and fancying going 3 up. Par 5 3rd shot with a GW in hand. Hit what seemed a good strike, bang on line but it hit the overhead cables so had to be replayed. Yep, shanked the replay straight out of bounds.

Not going for the long shot with a water hazard short of the green and hitting a rare, perfectly struck lay up iron, and seeing the ball trickle into the water.
It does my head in. No, it's worse than that!

The shot, or succession of shots that lead to a bogey or worse from the middle of the fairway.

The putt perfectly on line that stops short because I was concentrating so hard on the line I forgot to hit it.
