Which Car?

Going to Portugal next June. Six adults, six suitcases, three golf bags. We may hire two cars or one big one? If one car any recommendations? The journey to the accommodation is under one hour so being squashed in shouldn't be a problem.

This your 1st trip . where you staying and which courses you playing , 2 cars , one for you guys and other for the ladies , no arguements then

It has to be 2 cars, the girls will want to go somewhere the day you decide to play on a course which is an hour away...

Why not one car and a taxi from the airport? Then you have only one hire charge.

Good point , its a lot of agrro at the airport , get cars sent to where you are staying .................thats what we do , but last few trips i have book courses with free transfers

Thanks guys. Been to Portugal loads of times but never six of us before. All I need to do is to persuade one of the girlies that it is perfectly safe to drive on the 'wrong side' of the road over there!

1 car and the burds chauffeur you to and from the golf so the boys can get on the swally after the golf.

we did this about 6 years ago,eight of us went to FRANCE same problem but we decided on hiring a van that had 4 seats and plenty of room in the back for everything and one of the girls drove her hubbys car with the other 3 girls in,while we fellas had the van worked out great for us.
