Where to stay near sunningdale?

I’m looking to play sunningdale and the Berkshire in September and am hoping someone can suggest the best area to stay in. We’ll be flying into Heathrow and want somewhere fairly close as we will be taxi/ ubering. Ideally we’d stay in a premier inn type hotel to keep the cost down and would want somewhere we could walk to for drinks and decent food. Camberlet and Bracknell seem to fit the bill, are these places ok or are there better options?

I stayed at the Premier Inn, Bagshott when i played Sunningdale.

The Windmill, Windlesham is a nice little pub and does decent food

money no problem: Penny hill park
On a budget: Premier inn Bagshott.

Woking is only a 15-20 minute drive. There’s a few hotels like the Hilton. doubletree.

Don’t stay at the travelodge Heathrow. It’s terrible.

I stayed here Chain pub,was decent enough if you get a good rate. Food won't kill and you can walk into Woking if want to. 10 mins from Sunningdale.
Playing in June and am staying at a place off Air BnB ...can't vouch for it yet! @evemccc is the Air BnB guru! He might have some suggestions!

There is a Premier Inn and a Travel Lodge in Bracknell which will put you close to both clubs.

If you want Premier inn, or similar and want a ice place for the evening, I would stay at Wokingham. Ypu can even get the train to Sunningdale and the course is a 5 minute walk from Sunnigdale Station and the Premier Inn is a 5 minute walk from Wokingham Station and 4 stops (20 mins) away on train. And Wokingham has lots of nice pubs and restaurants

Somewhere in Ascot would put you right in the middle.

Bracknell is a good shout, we stayed at the Village when we played the Berkshire, the bar/food was decent.
