Maybe Precision Golf's the way to go.....

Might get very expensive if they start suggesting new clubs though..

Thanks Alex. It'd be nice if there was somewhere closer. You'd think after spending all that money, anyone who has one would advertise it as much as possible.

A local-ish range has one for club fitting and I asked about hiring it and they looked at me like I'd just asked them for weasel on toast.

Maybe they thought you wanted to take it away? They are £15-20k and rather portable... I was meant to be the finance partner for them but its clearly a hard sell at the moment as I hear very little from them.

if you have it over 3 years its going to be about £667.40 a month and you have to sell alot of lessons or clubs to make that worth while.

I take your point on the indoor jobby, if we ended up hiring one on a windy day it may be less usable information.

You never know, my guy may come back to me and say: Ill be in the UK on X day for a demo, ill give you X time at X place with my demo model. The new one ( I think Trackman 3) is just out and it has an extra radar.... I just cant stand those old ones with only 3 radars in them...
