Hi guys
Following on from my request for your views in Titleist custom fitting I was thinking about whether there is good or not so good time to get fitted.
If like me you are fairly inconsistent and always trying improve and find the correct technique through coaching with a Pro, watching videos or replicating GM instruction articles is there a danger that the nice shiny new clubs you have just splashed out on are no longer suited to you because you have become a better player.
I know custom fit will not cure serious swing faults and is offered to find clubs that are the most compatible to your swing, however would it not be best to work on a technique that enables you play to a level you are happy with on a consistent basis and then get properly fitted based on the swing you have developed.
What do you think ?
