As has been said previously there has been some security issues with IPC sitews as a whole and a lot of things and functionality has been suspended/revoked. I would imagine that the tinfoil hat wearing techies are flicking switches and turning dials to see what can be done or improved.
That being said I still have no problems except the font changes in the reply box

Same problems here on Firefox and Chromium through Ubuntu. Was working last night at work alright though.

Layout all over the place here too. Safari, Firefox, MSIE 9, they're all the same even after clearing the cache.
Looks like an update with either an incompatible theme/style sheet setup, or some config files are messed up. Odd as vBulletin software is usually pretty robust and straight forward with the updates (or used to be when I used my licence).
Best of luck to the devs getting it ironed out. Plenty of coffee and hobnobs on standby.

Mine was like that yesterday....It was like someone just grabbed every letter, word and paragraph, and threw them at the laptop from a distance and they just landed where they wanted to.....Its ok today strangely...

Be nice if someone from GM could let us know whats going on?
They must know theres a problem, it's been all over the place since yesterday for me.
They could be punishing us all for all the petty arguments/bad behaviour over the last month or so by making the forum a nightmare to view.
