What are the best warm UPS for your back as my back clicks and feels stiff for about the first 30 minutes playing.

So homer no driver warm up shots?? and its Bunkers!!Personally I get there about an hour before my tee time and do some proper stretching for 10 minutes. Then I hit wedges and short irons for 10 minutes. I'll hit balls for another 15, then have a few chips and buker shots and spend the last 10 minutes on the putting green.
I have recurring back probs and I will never play without a proper warm up. I try to get some stretching done before I leave the house , consisting of laying on my back and doing several sets of pulling my knees to my chest and sideways rolling of the knees together. Then a few sets of laying on my front and lifting my shoulders up but keeping my waist on the floor. Also incorporate side bends.
Step on to first tee.
Place bag on ground.
Couple of knee bends and unzip the big pocket on the front of the bag.
Remove 50g pouch of Old Holborn/Golden Virginia/Drum/Samson*
Gently remove Rizla green from pkt.
Roll one up, light and puff.
Inhale slowly, then gently blow a big puff of smoke into your opponents face.

Take three beautiful practice swings that just brush the ground
Place driver behind ball
Think to yourself "I am not going to put this into that big bush on the right"
Take an almighty backswing
Start the downswing at double the speed
Hit the ground 2" behind the ball
Make a funny grunting noise and grimace
Take another puff on fag
"Accidently" kick the heel of your opponent as you walk off the tee
Start walking towards that big bush on the right
