What is this used for

Hi does anyone know what this key driver with two red and two yellow screws were used for?

Thanks Imurg, driver wrench head is smaller than you would use for say a SLDR or like so wondered what it was used for, weight screws are only 2g and 3g.

R7 Quad used 2 x 2g and 2x 10g weights so, unless the weights have been changed, it might be a different club....

2 yellow 2g and 2 red 3g screws.
