What is SCloudStarter ?

Found this by accident in the application manager of my phone whilst playing around with it .
Under the PERMISSIONS SECTION it says

This app can access the following on your device

Storage
modify or delete the contents of your USB storage

"add or modify calendar events and send emails to guests without hosts knowledge ,
modify your contacts
read calendar events plus confidental information,
read call logs,
read internet history and bookmarks ,
read your contacts
write call log
write web book marks & history ,....


The without the hosts knowledge bit worries me , its probably nothing and im reading it wrong but does anyone know what this is please ?.
there is an uninstall option , click on that it disappears . then go back in to it and its there again ??

I do have mate yea , but unfortunately alot of it is gobbelygook to me , its ok then yea ?

The "without the host knowledge " bit had me wondering

Yeah its just a Samsung app which they push to the phone, nothing to worry about.

If you side load apps from unofficial sources and you accept permissions like this then you should worryoo:

Yep, its ok as far as I can tell. You've probably got other Apps that have been running with those settings for ages - Kies for example?

S3 mini mate (i think) great phone , still getting use to it to be honest . dont really need a smart phone that often but handy every now and then
