Iv done that sometimes when I feel my body gets really tensed up so I take a stew shots barley holding the clubs and walla it works.
Nice and relaxed.
Well that's what it is for me anyway

will be giving this a go tomoro! had a quick swing there. seems easier to do with an overlap grip rather than the interlock.
