Our man Neil was lucky enough to be drawn from the media ballot a few years back and played off the members tee on the Monday after the tournament finished. He was around 10 over gross, and I think he plays of something like 5.

Apparently it is still tough, but off the normal tees it is not quite the monster that we see the pros playing. But still, if it was set up with masters greens, rough bad pin positions, anywhere near what am I am now would be good.

I think it's pretty exclusive whatever your gender. It's been a couple of years since they accepted their first two female members.... I wonder how many there are now?

I heard that the greens are so true that holing out from 10ft inwards isn't too bad. The problem is that getting to within 10ft is pretty difficult.
