Titleist 910 driver 3 wood and 5 wood, sold the 5 wood and replaced with a cleveland launcher 5 wood
RBZ 3 wood, sold and replaced with the titleist.
Shafts - f3 motore and mitubishi javelin.
I would buy some new irons, had the same ones for 5 years now, but i can't afford it

I think that's about it - so quite a busy year but sold much of the gear that these things replaced so while not totally cost neutral, not far off.
It's all the other bits and bobs that have been a killer; waterproofs, shaft extractor, swing weight scale etc.
But at least I don't have to buy them again

To get back in the game, an off-the-shelf JL Swingmaster package as I couldn't be bothered building a piecemeal setup and was on a tight budget anyway, and a cheap Dunlop TP12 lobber.
The JLs may start to get phased out next season in favour for something better as I hopefully improve.

My bag now is exactly as it was this time last year (albeit the driver spends a bit more time on the naughty step and the 3 iron is carried more often). I did buy an Odyssey putter but as yet it hasnt made it past the practise putting green as rather scarily im sticking with just the one putter for now (went through 5 last yr lol).
Going forward then the likeliest candidates for change are the irons (5yrs+ now) and possibly the wedges as they are starting to get fairly worn

MD 52* tour spin diamond cut wedge won on ebay, cost £10 plus £5 postage and I love it.
Couple of dozen ProV1s from ebay at about £1.50 per ball.

the thing about fakes for me is that if they do the job I don't care !
they have paid for themselves already as well. I must have been really fortunate in that when I got a 3 iron shaft to go with them I managed to get a matching fake that feels the same as well - really lucky.

only 2 clubs for me this year in Jan, a gap wedge and a lob wedge. both matching burner 2.0 which i now want to sell G,S,L to buy 2 "proper" wedges and a 2 Hybrid (as i love my 4 so much!!)
