As we may have a bit of time on our hands coming up, what does HID have planned for you?
I've already hoovered the workshop, tidied my bedroom, and painted the hall.

Honestly nothing.
We've got to try and spend as little money as possible as I'm going to be non-earning for 2-3-4 months.
I'll get in the garden when it dries up a bit but that's about all.

She wants me to paint all of the inside of the house. However, she’s also aware that the local Spanish B&Q is closed - shucks!

I haven’t the heart to tell her they are serving from the trade counter every morning.

I’m the one who generally organises the bigger chores but we have ones we normally do.

She does bathrooms and sorts her cupboards and I vacuum, do the garden and do the heavy scrubbing, glass cleaning and alike. I am a big fan of cleaning with bicarbonate instead of other cleaner types, it takes longer but the results are better. I find the quicker cleaners do a worse job in a quarter of the time so we have some of them for the daily/weekly maintenance cleaning.

The rest we just do when we see it needs doing and we have time.

One thing I believe in is not to keep a house too clean, it’s all about finding a balance.

Yeah similar here. My missus reckons we can paint about three rooms of the house in the one spare hour a day between 5 and 6pm where I'm no longer travelling from work to home.

Absolutely none.. House doesn't need any decorating, so as long as things just remain clean and tidy then there is no additional chores for us to do. Anything thats gardening to do Mrs Wolf will deal with as I depsise it, literally cannot stand any form of gardening at all, if it was left to me I'd either concrete the whole lot or get someone to lay artificial grass. But Mrs Wolf prefers real grass so she cuts it and looks after the garden.

What's her number Bri, I'll let her know if you haven't got the heart. :) (y)

Nowt. I hate housework and home DIY stuff so it's bare minimum as always. With two dogs it does mean a daily vacuum or we'd drown in hairs!

I bought a teach yourself to knit kit - cracking set it is...saving it for lockdown.

I've mentioned it regularly since we moved here, her dad has it in his garden so she grew up with it and knows how little maintenance it is but she won't budge at moment.

Say real grass spreads covid19 lol bit of fake news but hey you get your grass

The current situation has made me realise there are a few things I should really do which should have been done a few years years ago

Legal Power of Attorney
Update my list of banks, insurance etc
Leave a list of all passwords for similar

As to chores around the house I'd sooner be playing golf and they can wait until the course is closed or I am self isolating.

I'm getting an extra couple of hours not commuting so just getting the stud walls finished in the garage ready for boards and just finished building a shelving system to go up when its done. Not doing too much that's too heavy as my arm is still a bit stiff and sore but getting a lot better every day.
