Loaded up the kindle with a few Wilbur Smiths and Clive Cusslers. I love adventure books and get through about 1 a week as I always read in bed.

What are you reading at the moment and is it any good?

Just finished World War Z for the second time. It about a Zombie apocalypse  I really enjoyed it, it's the only book I've finished & picked up & started again straight away.

Just started reading 'Into the Silence' on the recommendation of my Father in Law.

It's about Mallory, the great war & the conquest of Everest, only read the intro last night

GM February edition. That's about as close to reading a book as I get. The missus on the other hand always has her face in a book, makes it tricky driving though:ears:

Got a raft of books to get through, been reading Dr.Bob Rotella's - 'Golf is not a game of perfect', interesting read, also got 'Golf is a game of confidence' & ' Putting out of your mind' by the same author. Another golf book I've been reading is 'The 7 laws of the golf swing' by Nick Bradley it is also a good read.

Several Stephen E Ambrose books on WWII still to read and a couple of autobiographies, those and some Cisco book to bone up on security switches and routing.

Harlan Coburn for easy reading. Fermat's Last Theorem for a fascinating read about how a side note from a 15th century mathematician stumped the world's great minds for centuries. Another interesting and easy read is Longtitude.

Just finished Simon Jordans book 'Be careful what you wish for' - enjoyed as a Palace fan but would suggest any football fan would find an eye=opener.

Now onto Darren Clarkes book, its okay but poorly written.

Jack Reacher next.

Just finished a Scott mariani book, the alchemist secret, one of the Ben hope series, similar to Dan Brown, or lee child kinds of books, easy read. Next up, not sure, something similar no doubt lol

Which one I have 28 Cisco books?

BGP, OSPF, Cisco ASA firewalls, Routing, Switching, CCNA, CCSA, CCDA, CCNP, CCSP. take you pick they'll have you to sleep in no time.

Ughhh, i am cisco sales certified, that was enough for me! So i take it you are also a Cisco Unified Network Technician? (sorry, no a personal jab, just a LOL at cisco!)

Not certified, the books are mainly for reference, though I do intend to redo my certs this year

Been Reading alot of Bernard Cornwell. The Viking and Arthur series are a superb read.

Reading Tommy's Honour on my kindle too, great book for anyone fairly new to the game and want to fill in all the historical aspects of the game - St Andrews and the early opens. Great read and makes you want to go an play up there.

Should be starting on the new Tom Clancy soon. I have just finished a Stepen King book that I have had sitting around for a while. Cannot remember the name but it is about time travel and the Kennedy assassination. A good read and a bit different to his usual stuff.

I have a couple of books on the go at the moment, both really sad and geeky, I am reading a book on the history of Marvel comics and working my way through a big, coffee table book celebrating 50 years of Spiderman. Really sad I know but I have been inot comics since I was a kid and still am.

I read these on a camping holiday a few years ago, they are really good

really annoyed my wife as I had to keep flicking to the map in the front, and then flicking back :D
