This is one of those "You had to be there" moments

playing at Aylesbury Park yesterday (Friday) with Imurg and CVG.

We were on the 5th which is a 208 yard par3, into the wind, pretty straight with a Bunker to the right of green.

We were on the Green Putting and CVG slotted his ball home bent over to extract it and promptly lost his balance and cartwheeled all over the place, ended up in a heap and caused some minor scrapes to the green itself.(not serious damage)

Imurg and moi almost gave him a 6 for artistic merit, needless to say, we had a good laugh at his expense, poor old sod.

It was about as graceful as an Elephant on roller skates - a joy to behold

So pleased I could lighten up your dreary lives! I really need to see about a putter that doesn't slip in the wet!

Ain't gravity a pain. Why not get him one of those rubber things for the end of his putter so he won't have to get that low to the ground again.
