what are the benefits of an titleist mb/cb over an ap2

Love my old MB's due to the look, feel and (sorry) workability. Can move the ball greater distances left to right and vice versa than other alternatives I've tried. Great for chopping out of the cabbage also. The down side is I loose some distance occasionally and make life a little harder for myself.

That said, I got them years ago when the alternatives were not as good and still enjoy hitting them. I would really like the opportunity to try the AP2's however as they look awesome and I'm sure would offer pretty much everything I'm looking for along with a little more forgiveness. Need to rob a bank first though, although advertising this plan on a forum perhaps isn't the best thought out plan...

Don't know if it is right but I as I understand it the theory is that cavity back clubs generally get the ball airborne better than blades due to CoG or MoI or something so blades in higher lofted clubs give a good player a few more options in terms of controlling flight (the oft quoted "workability"). I might be totally wrong though.
