Why, he's a professional golfer, playing in a relaxed atmosphere with friends and on a course that probably isn't set up competition tough. He's presumably worked hard on his game and has reached a level of competence where, if everything falls right, he will shoot a low score. Wonder if he is a disciple of Pia Nilsson & Lynn Marriott's VISION54?

No it doesn't this was done on a pro tour under competition rules!
