weighted driver setup

I have a taylormade R7 cgb driver which is set with the weights in a neutral position. i am right handed and my drives always arc off to the right slightly. i have been told i may be able to make my drives straighter by moving the weights in the driver head so my question is do i need to move the weight closer to the shaft or further away from the shaft???

the heaviest weight has to be at the heel (shaft end) for the draw effect
