Anyone used a weighted club and have good or bad things to say about them? Also interested as to what the feeling is about swing drills that don't include hitting a ball or even a full follow through. I'm trying to ingrain a shorter backswing and stop an overswing so wondering if using a weighted club to really feel the position at the top (hands to 10 o'clock) would be effective, never mind build some golf-specific strength?

Cheers.

Thanks. Have seen the momentus and we have one - at our caravan! I've seen the drill where you hold the club at the wrong end to try and hear the whoosh at the right time in the swing. I really struggle to keep my swing at the right position so wondered if feeling more weight would enable me to feel that position and the PGA swing thingy I've seen is also short enough to swing in the house. I'm unsure though about too many swings without the feedback of actually hitting a ball and whether it could in fact be a bad thing...

I have got to get this backswing more compact though as when I do I get significant distance gains so definitely a case of less is more.
