Morning All
I will start us off this week!

Last week 17st -
Today 16st 12 lbs

2lbs off, very pleased as I felt I did not have a "good week"

13lbs in my first month :)
 
16st 9lbs, down 2lbs on last week. 4lbs in less than 2 weeks of 'official' weightwatchers.

BUT I NEED CHOCOLATE!!!!
 
as usual i have forgot to weigh myself,i'll do it tomorrow morning when i've not stuffed my face with brecky and a cuppa....

well done guys,good results!!!!
 
Had a good week even with doing utterly nothing all sunday.

last week: 19st 2
This week: 18st 13
Lost last week: -3 Lbs
total loss -12lbs

Nice and steady. I havent been 18st something for a good few years. Mini milestone reached!
 
well after 3 weeks of putting weight on i have finnally lost weight last week i was 15st 5lb and now im 14st 12 and a half

so about 6lb lost in a week, cant get my head around it

Did you have a big poo??

Seriously though there are lots of factors which can show weight on the scales which isn't in reality gained fat. Water retention for instance and for the ladies hormonal changes can have a dramatic effect. Perhaps it's worth taking some key body measurements such as waist, chest, hips, upper thigh and use those as an indicator of reduced size...

So another 5lbs off this week, giving me a total loss so far of 1st 2lbs :thup:

Absolutely delighted with the progress so far and finding it a lot easier than I thought but not getting carried away yet and know theres a lot of hard work left.
 
My 15st 11lbs went UP to 15st and 12lbs but I did enjoy the chocs, the wine and the fine food.

Head now firmly in gear so down to single figures by next Monday(15/9).
 
I was a disappointing no change this week so still 15.8.
I lost 6lb the 1st week and a further 5lb in week 4 with two no changes in-between
According to the wife it's cause I'm not drinking enough (water) on the weeks I didn't lose anything !!!!!

Is she telling me the truth or winding me up ?
 
Unfortunately I went up by 1lb, was expected really as had a drink on saturday night and pizza, the rest of the week I ate healthy, and I feel ok, so i can live with that! No booze this coming week, and no junk food, so hopefully will do well!

She speaks the truth. Being dehydrated can lead to water retention and that shows on the scales (if not actually fat/mass). Listen to the good lady and drink plenty of water :)
 
Surprised myself this week and actually lost 2 pounds to achieve my initial target of 13st 7. so just about the a half a stone since the start of the year which was about the aim of a pound a week

13st might be a new worthwhile goal to set but probably the hardest half a stone I reckon, proper dieting for that bit not just cutting out the junk food.
