Firstly I do apologise for the late submission of today's menu, the dog needed to be walked and I was held on at work till 0430hrs so lunch/breakfast is slightly later.

Today I had two slices of Hovis Seed Sensation brown bread toasted and as per usual a little bit of lurpak butter with two poached local farm free range eggs!

It was delightfully tasteful.

Typhoo tea by the pot and I have even had two mini bags of Maltesers which are the leftovers from Halloween.

I am feeling ready and raring looking forward to work tonight, my stupid 1800-0300hrs shift is great fun.

The wifes home-made tomtom soup and mum's home-made foccacia bread, both outstanding.Accompanied with a wee bag of grapes and a peach yoghurt.A wee bit too healthy for my liking, but better than a cheese and onion pastie from Greggs.

Might indulge in a wee fudge donut later to restore order.

Chicken & Mushroom loop the loop. 3 slices of crusty bread splatterd in Clover.

Obligatory mug of tea and some little star shaped chocolate treat which is in aid of the make a wish foundation....... a chocolate based sensation!! :D

Went home for lunch. Marinated anchovies on toast with a bit of rock salt. Not the usual sarnie today and it made a nice change!
