Monday 1st November lunch thread!

Today for lunch I'm having

2 X Tesco Muffins toasted lightly spread with Lurpak butter, topped with Tesco finest Danish smoked bacon, grilled till its crispy with a free range, local farm reared poached egg on top!

With that delightful spread I'll be washing it down with a nice mug of Typhoo Tea, milk, no sugar.

May even be bold enough to have a couple of Marks and Spencer jaffa cakes after.

What are you lot having?
 
corned beef, beetroot and tomato on white', as a sop to 'healthy eating' spread with Bertolli (why has my Tesco stopped selling it?),

then some fruit and caffeine


and tonights repast will be a homemade paella with chicken, chorizo, squid, prawns, mussels and some squid in ink.
 
Boots Chicken and stuffing sandwich for me. Town is starting to get mad with xmas shoppers now so will have to starting brining in my own lunch soon.

Up this morning i had a smoothie in it
x1 orange
x1 pear
x1 carrot (raw)
x1 handful of green grapes
x1 banana
x1 handful of mix summer fruits (ie strawberries and raspberries)

10.30

x1 sausage bap with butter
x2 bags of space raders (beef)
x1 milkyway duo
x1 500ml bottle of pepsi max

1.30

x1 bag of tayto crisps (cheese and onion)
x2 bags of kids milk way buttons

between all that x2 bottles of still water 500ml..
 
Stir fry pork fillets in hoisin sauce, stir fry veg, basmati rice washed down with a rather nice bottle of merlot.

Could get used to this retirement lark :D :D
 
Toast and coffee this morning, clearing and bottling 30 bottles of German medium white this aft and chilli with rice and garlic bread for tea. :)
Merlot... now there's an idea for supper :p
 
I was at the gym at 6:30 this morning so I've had.....

Protein shake after training

9am chicken and colselaw sandwich

10am chicken salad roll

12:30 another chicken and colselaw sandwich with a pint of milk and a packet of Thai sweet chicken mccoys

4:30 protein shake banana and orange

for tea at about 7:30 a massive bowl of chile con Carne then another protein shake before bed.

Beat that for healthiness bar the crisps haha!
 
Had a slice of homemade Devon Apple Cake followed by homemade caramel cookie. 2 thin slices of homemade bread with peanut butter for afters.

Curry for tea in 5 minutes
 
I had 2 ham sandwiches, on home made granary, a hot pepperami, two bags of quavers, a pack of chewits, a white chocolate and raisin bar and some chewing gum. My body is a temple.
