Type 2 controlled by diet and medication and so sweet puddings should be a no-no but hey - once in a while - what the heck. I did my blood count when I got in though 10.3 - oops. Nowhere near my usual 6 so I'm off for 50 hail mary's

Food,isn't it braw stuff?!

Going in for an Op tomorrow and not to eat after midnight tonight so I thought I best get plenty rammed over my thrapple for tea so what better than a Haggis supper with gravy from the local chippy followed by apple crumble and custard....cuppa with a Aldi style wagon wheel is next on the horizon I feel especially if I aint going to eat owt till tea time tomorrow!!!!!!
