What's the gap between PW and 9, reason I say that is drop a 48 in there and drop the PW one or half a degree.
I have a 48 degree vokey and it is a thing of beauty.
just had a look at my G max specs and there is five degrees differance between PW and 9 iron so you could lose at least 1 degree.
Come what may, think summat is gonna need persuading to bend re a club loft.

Don't you ever have a tight pin over a bunker type shot Gregger? There are a few holes where if I miss at a certain side the 58 is a must (even with the soft conditions)

flop shot with 54 is still sufficient, don't need this shot often enough to worry about it.
but I do prefer the 58 for this in summer.

I have these grinds - I wouldn't say it's "perfect" but I've adapted and really like them now.

1 degree up, +0.50" with KBS tour & midsize to match my iron set.
