It still grates a little that this guy is so inaccessible to the media given GM have a fantastic history of top interviews. The whole 'Tiger wont answer questions about this or that' makes a mockery of an interview.

I know what you mean but he set his stall out from the beginning as to how he would deal with the media and if he didn't let them in before he certainly ain't going to now!

To be fair to him, we judge his media persona against other golfers but the level of attention he received (even before his troubles) was in a whole different league.

It's (hopefully) going to be really interesting to "hear" him talking about his swing and the changes he's been making. He must be on his third swing by now!

I think his inability to let the media get close to him might be the fact he was burned badly(few times) by the media earlier in his career. Lack of trust towards people.
