We just landed the big one...

Re: We just landed the big one... *DELETED*

I'm glad the article is focused on the technical side of his game. He seems much more relaxed when talking about his swing, as opposed to giving answers to questions he's probably been asked a million times.

And on the same day he won his first tournament of 2011 as well!

He wouldn't be allowed at our prize giving in those shoes! :D

Wowzer, this is awesome news indeed! Well done guys,I look forward to many golf based questions, not really interested in his private life.Craw is right about Faldo however... :D :D ;)

I hope Neil mentioned the GM forum........ :D

I also hope he mentioned that if Tiger wanted to join, he'd have to think up a new name........

Great scoop GM - I look forward to the write up.

One serious question, was Neil nervous??

Awesome Mike! I hope Neil came up with some original questions and not the same ol' dross that everyone is asking. Great opportunity for GM to 'break the ice' with Tiger so to speak.

(I saw a write-up once of all the questions that Tiger will and won't answer and how many questions he'll answer about each subject etc etc, looked like a logistic nightmare!)

I hope a couple of the questions were "Did you see JustOne's stack and tilt videos on the Forum? What did you think and are you considering ditching Foley and getting in touch with him? A word of warning though, he doesn't get out of bed for less than £100k a day........or much before midday for that matter" !!!! :D :D :D

I'd do 11am, but just for Tiger

Agreed this is a great scoop and I'm looking forward to reading this interview. Despite all the 'off the course stuff' of late, he is an immense golfer. I'd love to hear about the mental side of his game.

Congratulations, Mike and team, emphasizes GM's place at the serious quality end of the market. Great result now to have the top 3 in the bag.

Who else is on the hit list - looking for suggestions?

Nice one, an interview with a golfer...in a golf magazine....forgive me but I am struggling to join the love-in.

It still grates a little that this guy is so inaccessible to the media given GM have a fantastic history of top interviews. The whole 'Tiger wont answer questions about this or that' makes a mockery of an interview.

I admire the guy's game but have limited interest in what he has to say...

I will still but the mag, but won't be turning to the Tiger interview first.

Just my opinion.

On the technical side I would certainly like to hear the reasoning behind the putter change. Why give up on one that he has used for years and has won him everything.

Agree with the first bit but I think the Tiger of today needs GM more than GM needs Tiger.

And that's my view also Tommo, he still calls the shots even after 'everything'.

It'll be interesting to hear in my opinion the best player ever to grace a golf course's thoughts on his swing and the golf swing in general. Where he is heading with his swing and why.
