It'll be interesting to read what Neil asked him.
why is it a farce Allan?
This is, after all, a golf website. I can see the funny side of the caption comments but I thought they were innapropriate for this thread. As HH said, they dont reflect very well on Golf Monthly.
It's a bit like if the profesional at the club you're secretray at put up a poster of Tiger on the noticeboard as part of come along to a Nike demo day at Hirsell GC and some of your members wrote the sort of comments that were posted here on the poster
Would you leave the poster up on your noticeboard?
i think not

as Iain Carter did the where's your career going/battle to get back to the top stuff in the interview that appeared in our January coverdated issue we focused heavily on the technical side of his game.

Sounds good. I am interested in where his swing is going, as it seems more S&T based, which is something I have been looking at for the last 12 months. Should be a good read.
Utter farce.....didn't see too many posts being pulled up 13/14 months back.
Farcical.
Come on. Did you seriously expect them to allow this thread to degenerate like that?
It is one thing for a forum member to start a thread and other forum members to take the piss and quite another for the Editor of GM to start a thread publicising a big coup of an interview and then allowing it to descend into a big piss take.
It's a big scoop for them and would hardly reflect well on them for future interviewees if it descended into farce.
