I know without a video it isn't much help but all my drives are either going straight up in the air and going straight or going high and right, I seem to be hitting my irons and wedges okay but I'm having a nightmare off the tee. Every shot is coming out the heel too as I can see where the tee is hitting the face. Currently getting lessons and just now I'm working on keeping my left arm straight as my wrists cast and hit a lot of fat shots. Any help would be great:)

I would recommend speaking to the person your having lessons with. The danger of getting advice from people that havent seen your swing is that its all guess work. There are so many movements that affect the swing there could be 20 that can cause the problem you have. That could be 20 different tips that you can get from people and more likely than not you will end up doing more damage to your swing than good.

All in all I would recommend seeing your pro, or at least talking to someone that you play with i.e someone that can see your swing.

If someone is having lessons then it's best for the person right there to do the observation/fixes. If you are having your own issues then check your posture, ball position and grip first. Most problems come from the set up.

Sounds to me like you're swinging the driver the same way you swing the irons. ie a descending stroke. I do the same thing myself sometimes.
I also often have difficulty "getting through" the shot. In other words, all backswing, downswing, with no follow through.

May be wrong, but it's something which often happens to me.

As advised above, let the guy who's teaching you sort you out. The more advice and tips you get will not do much but fill your head with swing thoughts!
