For those that remember, I see the Golfmagic forum has closed.

That was my first forum, went to a few meets and even had a shirt, a vile green colour with a picture of Eeyore, who was the guy that started that thread and what was the thread called?
It rambled on for ever.

You are right it was the shamblers .I was a member over there and went to a couple of meets they had ,both at the forest of Arden .where we have the young verus old they had the north v the south ,I was a south captain one year. It was a decent forum but when it went almost purely face book it lost its polish and I came over to here .

Anyone remember Boanerges or whatever his name was. He organised a meet at Royal Ashdown that I went to but boy did he antagonise people on the forum.

Was it Golfmagic I was on before here ? Dunno. I went somewhere after the BBC closed their Golf Board - at the time they closed the vast majority of their boards. Quite a few from the BBC Golf Board went to what I think was an American forum. The specific board that was set up for the British refugees was called something like the 'Locker-room' Anyway.
