Morning all

as of the May coverdated issue of Golf Monthly (you've just had March with Rory on the cover) we'll be introducing a page of reader reviews in both the Equipment and Courses sections.

These will primairly be sourced from the 'post a review' forum but as the series gets going I'm sure non-forumer readers will start submititng direct to GM as we'll have a send your reviews to GM call to action on the pages

Anyway, its not only a chnace to get the opinions of you, the grass roots golfer, heard but also to win stuff as well as any review featuered will win a prize.

For expmaple the best review featured on the Courses page each month will win a pair of FJs with some tasty runners up prizes too!

Not bad for a few minutes of your time

So, what are you waitng for, get posting your reviews!

I can only describe that as a thorough review!
Would need a lot of editing but better too much detail than nothing of substance
Ideal length is the 300-400 word length and we'll edit down from there

Cheers Mike

I'd rather put a little too much info in rather than not enough.

My personal opinion is it's best to add pictures as well as text as a picture tells 1000 words and clears any confusion about a specific point. For someone is looking into buying the product it just adds a little more detail.

Tha's just me though :smirk:

Edit: John: They could always make the writing smaller

dundonald links well worth a review , as is 1 of my all time favourite hidden gems market rasen, really friendly club

I'll submit a review of my 712 AP2s as soon as the weather is not either blowing a gale or bitterly cold. This is a very frustrating time of year to buy new clubs!

Is it ok to review non OEM equipment? I pick up my new custom built Geek DCT in white with a house of Forged Patriot shaft in it on Thursday, should look the business.

Go for it! No restrictions on what gear you can review from drivers to training aids all welcome
