I have a Vokey 46 SM4 head (very little used) and a Standard length Vokey shaft (probably minus half an inch for a 46 degree wedge).

Likely your sorted now but..
I have a 716MB Pitching Wedge, standard length. It was bent 1 degree strong to 46 degrees to suit my wedge gapping at the time.
It has KBS C Taper Shaft 130g X Flex with Midsize White Multi Compound grip.
If of interest can get a couple of pictures over to you.
