Ive decided its between these two wedges but I cant decide which. I need something that generates alot of spin. Can anyone pass on any advice on these or guide me towards the right choice. I know its down to personal preference but which will help my game more (beginner).

Cheers peeps :D

Are you getting 1 or 2 or more?

I only ask, as wedges are not exactly cheap and you'd do just as well to buy 3 MD wedges or old model Clevelands off online golf or something. If money is no object, I'd personally say the Vokeys pip it for me.
None of these are exactly going to help your game more or less over another.

I had a Srixon 702 and it was great for spin, got a set of CG11's now as they were a bargain but nothing like as good for spin as the Srixon, sorry if I've thrown a spanner in the works.

Have a good look at them. The CG15's are quite rounded on the leading edge - some like this, some don't. Personally having tried both I've gone CG15. Loads of spin, great finishes and lots of options - just like the Vokeys really. I think it is all personal preference.

I've just been through the wedge buying process so I know what you are going through.
My pro had a good selection of each as demo clubs, Vokey CG15 and MPT-10. After giving them a thorough going over I opted for the MPT-10 as they siuted me better. None of them are bad clubs although I did not like the Vokeys at all and as Imurg says the CG15's have a very rounded leading edge which was what put me off them.
No matter which you end up with you will gat masses of spin. Get your hands on some demo clubs and have some fun.

I think I'm looking at getting 3, maybe not all at one but my pro said he'd do me a good deal on them. I guess I'm best just trying them. I don't think it would matter if I didn't try themin the exact lofts I'm after as it's the feel I'm looking for as well as looks. Would you agree???

Richy make sure you take them out onto the course and watch them on proper greens. The range is useless for wedges!
