Fitzpatrick was already on the 13th green when the others were walking off the 12th green.

And? It's a green in 2 shot, so Fitzpatrick will have waited for the green to clear before taking his second

It's basically a par 4

It's the natural pace of that hole.

@simsini you have to remember the delays in video aswell.

The group ahead of Fitzpatricks group are on the 14th green where as we are just seeing Fitzpatricks birdie putt (who made par and is walking to 14)

To be honest, everyone is taking ages. Currently over 4 hours and 15 minutes to get to the 13th fairway. They weren't shy in giving shot penalties in the Women's Amateur.
