£80K is a lot of money when average wages are £23k.
Pretty sure those on less than £23k would be happy to pay more tax if they were on £80k
A farer tax system might just be enough to stop the nurses and retired service folk from using food banks.
But penalising someone for being successful? If someone is on £80k they've earned it. I'd rather see the end of vanity projects like H2S, which shaves less than an hour off the journey to Brum.
