Pulling these all to the left and I know this is supposed to happen!

Do I deal with this simply by aiming to the right and trusting it or opening the face as well?

i find it is caused by falling onto my back foot and dragging the club across me. I always put a bit more weight over my front foot, I find that helps and stops me falling back.

Shift weight a bit more onto your front foot

Or aim right a bit more

Doesn't weight on front foot promote sticking the club into the slope?

I follow the slope, club up and try to keep the toe of the club from going left.

I take it the ball is above your feet if so aim right , but if your just on a uphill lie shouldn't make any difference except to the loft of the club you select.
